The development proposed described as ‘Construction of 47 dwellings, access and associated open space’ has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Mr C Palmer against the decision of Broadland District Council.
The application Ref 20181408, dated 23 August 2018, was refused by notice dated 26 March 2020.
