The development proposed an outline planning application for the demolition of existing structures and redevelopment to provide up to 90 dwellings, up to 1,858 sq.m. gross B1 employment, open space, landscaping, associated infrastructure, and access (means of access to be considered in detail) has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Woodford Group Developments Limited and Tilia Homes against the decision of Torbay Council.
The application Ref P/2019/0710, dated 5 April 2019, was refused by notice dated 4 November 2021.
