The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for the erection of up to 150 dwellings, public open space comprising a country park, a LEAP and additional green infrastructure provision with all matters reserved except for access at land at Lady Grove, Didcot OX11 9BP in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref: P20/S1577/O, dated 4 May 2020, subject to the conditions.
