The development proposed was described as “A rural exception development of No. 14 affordable dwellings including No. 6 discount market sales dwellings with associated provision of car parking, open space, landscape and infrastructure works and No. 3 enabling self-build dwelling plots” has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Mr G Dawson against the decision of Rushcliffe Borough Council.
The application Ref 22/02257/HYBRID, dated 2 December 2022 was refused by notice dated 4 October 2023.
