The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for residential development on land at Manchester Road/crossings Road, Chapel-en-le-Frith, High Peak, Derbyshire SK23 9TP in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref HPK/2011/0282, dated 26 May 2011, subject to the conditions set out in Annex A to this decision.
