The development proposed for an outline planning application for residential development for 43 dwellings, allotments, outdoor play space for Mawsley Day Nursery and additional car parking for the Community Hall with access only considered has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Jardin Smith International Berhad (Malaysia) against the decision of Kettering Borough Council.
The application Ref KET/2020/0215, dated 20 March 2020, was refused by notice dated 10 March 2021.
