Accordingly, for the reasons given above, the Secretary of State agrees with the Inspector’s recommendation. He hereby dismisses the appeal and refuses planning permission for up to 146 dwellings including access, car parking, open space, landscaping and associated works at land at Oddington Road, Stow-on-the-Wold, GL54 1AL in accordance with application number 13/01856/OUT dated 26 April 2013. The appeal is made by Bovis Homes Limited against the decision of Cotswold District Council.
