The application Ref 17/00931/OUT, dated 28 April 2017, was refused by notice dated 22 June 2018.
The appeal is made by Abbey Properties Cambridgeshire Limited, Richard Edward Anderson & Jane Norman against the decision of Huntingdonshire District Council.
The main issues is whether the proposal complies with the criteria in the local plan for a rural exceptions housing scheme and whether the proposal would adequately protect the potential archaeological interest of the site.
