The development proposed for up to 130 residential dwellings with associated parking and open space has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Scoop La Rocca Limited against the decision of The Medway Council. The application Ref MC/19/0188, dated 18 January 2019, was refused by notice dated 23 July 2019.
