The development proposed an outline application (all matters reserved except access) for the construction of up to 14 entry-level affordable dwellings has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Mr Jeavons-Fellows on behalf of C50 Homes Ltd against the decision of Malvern Hills District Council.
The application Ref M/22/00321/OUT, dated 24 February 2022, was refused by notice dated 29 June 2023.
