The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for the erection of up to 180 dwellings including 30% affordable housing, with public open space, structural planting and landscaping, surface water flood mitigation and attenuation and vehicular access points from School Lane on land at Pear Tree Lane, Euxton, Chorley in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 19/00654/OUTMAJ, dated 26 June 2019, subject to the conditions set out in the schedule at the end of this Decision
