The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for up to 210 dwellings, provision of new internal access roads and footpaths, landscaping, open space, drainage measures and associated infrastructure. The development includes demolition of existing structures. The permission relates to land at Penland Farm, south of Hanlye Lane and west of Balcombe Road, Haywards Heath and is granted in accordance with the terms of the application Ref 13/03472/OUT, dated 10 October 2013, subject to the conditions set out in Schedule 1.
