The appeal is allowed and: (a) planning permission is granted for the erection of 44 residential dwellings, formation of accesses, associated public open space, landscaping and infrastructure; and (b) outline planning permission is granted for 0.76ha of commercial land (Use Class E(g)); at, Land at Plymouth Road, Tavistock, Devon PL19 9DS, in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 0723/21/FUL, dated 19 February 2021, subject to the conditions.
