The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for outline application for a residential development of up to 79 dwellings and associated infrastructure with all matters reserved with the exception of access on land at Purton Road Swindon in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 20/10523/OUT, dated 25 November 2020, subject to the conditions.
