The development proposed for an outline application for a residential development of up to 79 dwellings and associated infrastructure with all matters reserved with the exception of access on land at Purton Road Swindon has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Beachcroft Land Ltd, Carole Ann Lindsey, John Webb, Sally Ballard against the decision of Wiltshire Council.
The application Ref 20/10523/OUT, dated 25 November 2020, was refused by notice dated 9 April 2021.
