The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for a residential development (228 dwellings) formation of public open space provision of access and associated drainage and engineering works at land at Rectory Farm, Barrowby Road, Grantham, NG31 8NU address in accordance with the application Ref S24/0140, without compliance with condition 24 previously imposed on planning permission Ref S16/2816 dated 17 January 2023 and subject to the conditions.
