The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for erection of 19 affordable dwellings, creation of access, landscaping, parking and associated works at Land at Ringwood Avenue, Amesbury, Salisbury, Wiltshire SP4 7PZ in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 19/04863/FUL, dated 14 May 2019, and the plans submitted with it, subject to the conditions set out at the end of this decision.
