The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for the means of access for up to 140 dwellings (Use Class C3), the extension of Bramshall Road Park and the demolition of the Dutch barn and rear stable building at land at Roycroft Farm, Bramshall Road, Uttoxeter, Staffordshire, ST14 7PF.  The permission is granted in accordance with the terms of the application Ref. P/2013/01287, dated 1/11/13, subject to the conditions in the Schedule below. The appeal is made by Gleeson Developments Limited against the decision of East Staffordshire Borough Council (LPA).
