The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for the erection of up to 31 dwellings (including affordable homes), together with ancillary infrastructure including the provision of public open space, structural landscaping, parking and circulation facilities and the management and protection of the the water/ecological environments at land at Sharnfold Farm, Hailsham Road, Stone Cross BN24 5BU, in accordance with the terms of the application ref WD/2020/2047/MAO, dated 3 November 2020, and the plans submitted with it, and subject to the conditions.
