The proposed development of the erection of 27 no. new residential dwellings has been dismissed.
Having regard to the above, I consider the main issues are (i) whether thedevelopment makes a sufficient contribution toward affordable housing (ii) theeffect of the development on:
•protected trees;
•the living conditions of future occupants, with particular regard to noise anddisturbance; and
•biodiversity.
