The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for up to 37 dwellings (including 11 affordable dwellings), public open space and associated infrastructure at land at South Street, Walton, Street BA16 9RY in accordance with the terms of application ref. 2019/3004/OTS subject to the conditions below and to the obligations contained in the unilateral undertaking under section 106 of the 1990 Act dated 21 February 2024 (the ‘UU’).
