The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for the demolition of existing buildings and structures and the phased development of up to 350 dwellings and associated infrastructure and open space at Land at St Bridget Nursery, Old Rydon Lane, Exeter EX2 7JY in accordance with the terms of application Ref 23/1320/OUT, dated 30 August 2023, subject to the conditions.
