The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for residential development of 28 no. dwellings and landscaping including ponds, wildflower meadow and woodland at Land at Station Road, Ashwell Hertfordshire in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref: 20/03070/FP, dated 18 December 2020, and the plans submitted with it, subject to the conditions.
