The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for the erection of 19 dwelling houses on land at Steart Bushes, Wedmore Road, Cheddar, Somerset, BS27, in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 17/20/00064, dated 11 September 2020, and the plans submitted with it, subject to the conditions.
