The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for the erection of up to 185 residential dwellings, with the associated vehicular and pedestrian access via Steers Lane, car parking and cycle storage and landscaping on land at Steers Lane, Forge Wood, Pound Hill, Crawley, West Sussex, in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref CR/2018/0894/OUT, dated 4 December 2018,subject to the conditions set out in the schedule at the end of this decision and the S106 undertaking referred to below.
