The development proposed for an artisan live/ work community including 20 residential units with commercial elements, associated communal facilities and parking has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Mr Kevin Smith against the decision of Central Bedfordshire Council.
The application Ref CB/22/03445/OUT, dated 20 September 2022, was refused by notice dated 30 January 2023.
