The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for erection of fourteen x 1,2,3,4 and 5 dwellings and access drive on land at the junction of Maldon Road and Church Street, Goldhanger in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref FUL/MAL/13/00839, dated 22 July 2013, subject to the conditions on the Schedule at the end of this decision.
