The development proposed for 54 residential apartments for older people, including demolition of a wing on The Rectory and conversion of The Rectory to residential apartments including additions, with parking, landscaping and ancillary facilities has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Mr M Tinson, Lifestory Group against the decision of Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council.
The application Ref PL/2021/00905/PPFL, dated 26 March 2021, was refused on 9 December 2021.
