The development proposed for a residential development comprising a cross subsidy scheme for 28 dwellings (17 affordable), estate roads, open space and landscaping has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Mr Dean Scantlebury of DS Developments (SW) Ltd against the decision of Cornwall Council.
The application Ref PA20/04922, dated 12 June 2020, was refused by notice dated 26 January 2021.
