The development proposed was described as “residential development of 170 dwellings (compromising 19×1 bed, 70×2 bed, 55×3 bed, 24×4 bed and 2×5 bed units) including access, landscaping, play facilities and ancillary development” has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Mr Geoffrey Holland against the decision of Harrogate Borough Council.
The application Ref 20/03315/FULMAJ, dated 28 August 2020, was refused by notice dated 5 August 2021.
