The development proposed for the erection of up to 145 dwellings with public open space, landscaping and a sustainable drainage system (SuDS) and a vehicular access point from Whittingham Lane has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Gladman Developments Limited against the decision of Preston City Council.
The application Ref 06/2020/1136, dated 15 October 2020, was refused by notice dated 12 January 2021.
