The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for the demolition of existing buildings to allow for the construction of 95 assisted living units (Use Class C2) and a 75 bed care home (also use class C2) along with associated communal facilities, vehicular and pedestrian access, internal roads, landscaping, drainage and other associated works on land at Wilton Park, Gorell Road, Beaconsfield, HP9 2RJ in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref PL/23/1448/FA, and the plans submitted with it, subject to the conditions.
