The development proposed for the erection of 29 dwellings, provision of ancillary open space and the formation of a new access from Woodlands Lane has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Mr A R Cartwright (Cartwright Homes) against the decision of Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council.
The application Ref 038664, dated 3 March 2022, was refused by notice dated 21 April 2023.
