The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for residential development of up to 250 dwellings with access at Land between Braintree Road and Long Green, Cressing, Braintree in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 18/00549/OUT, dated 20 April 2018, subject to the conditions contained within the Schedule at the end of this decision.
