The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for the erection of up to 397 dwellings and associated access at land between Green Lane and Upperthorpe Road, Westthorpe, Killamarsh, in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 18/01003/OL, dated 5 October 2018, subject to the conditions.
