The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for a retirement care village in Use Class C2 comprising housing with care, communal health, wellbeing and leisure facilities, public open space, landscaping, car parking, access and associated development and public access countryside park on Land between Haverhill Road and Hinton Way, Stapleford, Cambridge CB22 5BX in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 20/02929/OUT, dated 2 July 2020, subject to the twenty conditions.
