The appeal is allowed, and planning permission is granted for the construction of 42 residential units, affordable housing, new vehicular accesses from Meeting Lane and Strawberry Lane, pedestrian access onto Meeting Lane, associated internal roadways, SuDS features and landscaping at land between Meeting Lane and Strawberry Hill, Lympstone EX8 5DG in accordance with the terms of the application Ref 23/1269/MFUL, subject to the conditions.
