The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for the erection of 60 dwellings and construction of new vehicular access onto highway to the west of the site at land & buildings at NGR 302469 114078, Higher Town, Sampford Peverell, Devon, in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 17/01359/MOUT dated 4 September 2017, subject to the conditions. The appeal is made by Place Land Limited against the decision of Mid Devon District Council.
