The development proposed for the erection of 19 dwellings and the construction of vehicular accesses has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Hartog Hutton Limited against the decision of Mid Suffolk District Council.
The application Ref DC/21/06379, dated 23 November 2021, was refused by notice dated 3 August 2022.
