The development proposed is described as an ‘outline application for 35 two storey dwellings with access road, with access, site layout and dwelling locations committed and detailed design and appearance and landscaping reserved has been dismissed.
The main issue in this case is the effect of the proposed development upon the character and appearance of the area, including any effect upon the setting of designated heritage assets.
The appeal is made by Mr S Proctor, Hickman Farm Partnership against the decision of Fenland District Council.
