The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for residential development of up to 24 dwellings (all matters reserved) at Land East of 23 Ness Lane, Preston, East Yorkshire HU12 8SG, in accordance with the terms of application Ref: 15/03802/OUT, dated 30 November 2015, and subject to the conditions set out in the schedule attached to this Decision.
