The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for up to 15 dwellings, a replacement medical centre and pharmacy, together with all necessary infrastructure at Land East of Ashford Road, Kingsnorth in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref PA/2022/2851, dated 9 November 2022, subject to the conditions.
