The development proposed for ‘40 dwellings on land to the east of Barton Road, Wrawby, with the matter of access to be considered at this stage. Whilst being reserved for formal detailed consideration at the Reserved Matters stage, the application explains how matters relating to scale and layout are expected to be proposed in due course with landscape, archaeology, ecology, flood risk and surface water drainage matters all being assessed in principle as part of the submission to show that these do not present fundamental constraints’ has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Roger and David Herring against the decision of North Lincolnshire Council.
