The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for the erection of up to 47no dwellings and all associated works including new access onto The Chase at land east of Chase Mews and west of 310 The Chase, Benfleet SS7 3DN in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 23/0241/OUT, and the plans submitted with it, subject to the conditions.
