The appeal is allowed, and planning permission is granted for up to 195 dwellings together with vehicular access from London Road, landscaping together with associated development including Active Travel Measures along London Road at Land East of Cotswold Business Village, South of London Road, Moreton-in-Marsh, GL56 0JQ, in accordance with the terms of planning application Ref 25/01036/OUT, dated 1 April 2025, and the conditions set out in Annex C.
