The proposed development for up to 216 dwellings (including 40% affordable housing), landscaping, public open space, playing field and equipped play areas, surface water flood mitigation and attenuation, vehicular access from Finchampstead Road, pedestrian access from Luckley Road and associated ancillary works has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Gladman Developments Limited against the decision of Wokingham Borough Council.
