Appeal A:
The development proposed was described as ‘outline planning application (with all matters reserved except for access) for the demolition of an existing residential property and the erection of up to 200 residential dwellings including affordable housing with the provision of vehicular access on to Harrisons Lane and pedestrian and cycle access on to Potato Lane alongside public open spaces, biodiversity enhancement, sustainable urban drainage systems, landscaping, infrastructure, and earthworks’ has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Gleeson Land Ltd against the decision of the Lewes District Council.
The application Ref LW/21/0986, dated 17 December 2021, was refused by notice dated 8 July 2022.
