The development proposed for “Outline application for the erection of up to 18no. dwellings along with associated infrastructure and landscaping with all matters reserved” has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Cambridgeshire County Council against the decision of East Cambridgeshire District Council.
The application Ref 19/01469/OUM, dated 8 October 2019, was refused by notice dated 10 January 2020.
