The development proposed for the redevelopment of the Former Marley Tiles Factory to provide a residential development of 109 houses (Use Class C3) with associated access, parking, landscaping and infrastructure has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Mr Mark Gabriele (Bellway Homes Limited North East) against the decision of Northumberland County Council.
The application Ref 18/02239/FUL, dated 22 June 2018, was refused by notice dated 6 December 2019.
