The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for up to 80 dwellings(including 24 affordable) with associated landscaping, open space and SUDS at Land East of Loxwood Road, Alfold, Surrey in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref WA/2019/0745, dated 7 May 2019, subject to the conditions contained in the attached Schedule.
